I guide hotel projects from vision to reality, ensuring each one reflects the brand values with clarity and care. My role spans- Diligently protect brands\' identity by ensuring all hotel designs—from public spaces to guest room interiors —reflect our established aesthetic and functional criteria- Conduct site checks for potential, in-progress, and existing locations. The primary aim during these evaluations is to determine if the construction site or building aligns with our brand\'s essence and to identify and tackle any design issues, always prioritizing best construction practices- Assess and review architectural and MEP drawings to confirm that the project adheres to our brand\'s standards and guidelines while also complying with either international or local regulations- Foster a synergistic environment of collaboration, working hand-in-hand with interior designers, engineers, and other domain experts. Together, we craft design solutions that seamlessly blend form and function.
