I’m an ambitious IT leader and business psychologist (M.Sc. in progress) with a passion for driving digital transformation and empowering people to grow.With over a decade of experience across consulting, transportation, and enterprise IT, I combine strategic thinking, psychology, and technology to create meaningful impact.For over a decade, I’ve been shaping complex IT projects — from strategy and analysis to agile delivery and leadership — across industries such as consulting, media, and transportation.What makes my profile unique is the intersection of technology, business, and human behavior.Alongside my career, I’m completing a Master’s degree in Psychology, focusing on motivation, leadership, and decision-making.
