Account Manager | GenScript Europe Bridging science and sales to accelerate innovation in genomics, molecular biology, and cell & gene therapy. As a Molecular Biologist with a PhD in Biological Sciences and a background in both academic research and commercial strategy, I specialize in transforming complex scientific challenges into actionable biotech solutions. At GenScript, I lead strategic account management and business development across Northern Italy and Ticino (Switzerland), partnering with research institutions, biotechs, and pharma to deliver tailored reagent and service solutions. I support clients with GenScript’s expansive portfolio — from custom gene synthesis, plasmid and mRNA production, and CRISPR tools to antibody, protein, peptide, and cell line services — helping them advance discovery in vaccine development, diagnostics, biologics, and advanced therapies. With previous experience managing genotyping and NGS-based services, and a strong academic foundation in plant epigenetics and RNA technologies, I combine technical insight with a consultative sales approach to guide clients from idea to implementation. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, I thrive in cross-functional and international environments, where science meets strategy and collaboration drives results. My academic background includes a postdoctoral position at the University of Padua, where I researched dsRNA-based bio-insecticides, and a PhD at Florida State University, where I specialized in plant epigenetics and gene expression regulation. My expertise spans DNA & RNA isolation, qPCR, NGS workflows, and bioinformatics, allowing me to provide in-depth technical support to customers and collaborators.
