My name is Sarah Vaughan.I love learning, and that\'s what makes me a great trainer, coach, educator, and project manager. According to the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment, I have Learner in my top 5 strengths - meaning that if I haven\'t learned it yet, you can bet you\'ll find me searching the internet or asking others for more information. I work tirelessly to find the information I seek.My drive to learn inspires my drive to lead others and pass on knowledge to others, and I do this by imagining new and creative ways to design and deliver training programs and skills workshops. What are our learning outcomes? What does the data and assessment say? Who else can we represent at the table? What have we yet to discover in ourselves and others?Because our world has been pushed to engage in remote working and learning in 2020, I have spent my time understanding how training can be done remotely - the learning doesn\'t have to stop! From interactive Zoom webinars and workshops to discovering how to manage projects and programs in our new remote world, I have dedicated myself to ensuring that organizational development doesn\'t become stagnant during this opportunity of great innovation.In our ever-changing world, I understand that dedicating time to employee development is what will make our organizations great. To follow through on this, I design programs and educate others in order to mold confident, self-efficient employees that understand how they can contribute not only to their organization but also to their local, national, and global society. By creating interactive and informative training programs, courses, and workshops, I help individuals and teams build and recognize their own strengths and talents. I know that when you push people to think critically about managing tasks, solving problems, and working with others, you can facilitate growth - not only for the individual, but for the company as a whole.
