Bringing emerging women leaders in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) from the Middle East, Africa, Central and South Asia, and Europe to the United States for a professional mentorship and exchange program.Professional mentor and impact coach to emerging leaders from Tunisia, Palestine, Sierra Leone, Morocco, Rwanda, Algeria, Kazakhstan, Egypt, Cameroon, Pakistan, and Kyrgyzstan. Participated in the process to select emerging leaders for the program since 2015. Participated in US State Department delegations to Zimbabwe, Sierra Leone, Rwanda, Kazakhstan, and Cameroon to encourage women and girls in
