Subscription service pilot launched in late Jan. • Coordinated extensive research and development (R&D) on market trends and competitors, as well as leveraging insights from internal stakeholders (franchise owners, salespeople, etc.) to inform development and sales tactics for the new service. • Direct strategy and delegate workflow across cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, training, sales, and others. • Serve as finance lead for budgeting, analysis, and modeling within the rapidly growing department.
