ABOUT SUZY DAVIS

I am a partner in the Private Equity team at Taylor Wessing in London. I specialise in advising private equity sponsors on a variety of sophisticated transactions including buyouts, leveraged buyouts, secondaries and disposals, both domestically and cross border. I also have expertise in advising on minority and growth capital investments.I routinely advise founders and management teams who are either looking to sell their business as an exit strategy or who are seeking partial investment from a private equity investor to help support their growth strategy for their business. I have experience acting on general M&A transactions for private equity portfolio companies and other private companies. I have led deals that have required the co-ordination of multiple jurisdictions and the implementation of complicated transaction structures. I also work on matters involving joint ventures, complex shareholder arrangements and corporate restructurings. I advise on transactions in a number of sectors, but have a strong focus on the life sciences and healthcare sector.In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, walking my dog, yoga, running, travelling and scuba diving.
