As a Talent Acquisition Specialist I am responsible for securing best fit talent for Human Capital Ventures client portfolio. Working from client requirements I utilize multiple channels to promote our live vacancies and attract candidates.* Translation of client job specifications, drafting of job advertisements and then strategically marketing them to both passive and active job seekers across a variety of mediums* Identify and qualify suitable candidates identified through internal and online CV/Resume databases, candidate referral, job applications, social and business media.* Obtain and hold candidates right to work, compliance and background verification documents in accordance with data protection policies* Conduct pre-screening and preparation of candidates for client interview* Management of the recruitment process through to employee on-boarding.
