As the Scrum Lead, I orchestrate the planning, prioritization, and execution of A/B and multivariate testing, launching 5-10 experiments per month to enhance user experiences, optimize conversions, and meet business growth objectives. My efforts directly contributed to a 24% YoY increase in gross adds, scaling two major winning tests that accelerated add growth from 10K to 28K in just one quarter. By strategically aligning test goals with Verizon\'s broader GTM strategies, our pod directly contributed 13% to Verizon Home Internet year-end digital gross add goal.
