I am excited to announce that I have started a new role as Client Success Manager at ENGIE, effective August 26, 2024. I had a fantastic 10 years with Pitney Bowes, where I proudly led the top sales team for five consecutive years and took charge of the NSAT surveys and process improvements for both ISS and the field. The past 10 months have been an invaluable learning experience as I worked closely with sales professionals after my transition in July 2024. I am truly grateful for my time at Pitney Bowes. Here’s to a new beginning, where I can continue to do what I love: owning the client experience!
