   London Square Shopping Center is a 299,182 SF open air shopping destination anchored by national tenants Ross Dress For Less, TJ Maxx, Homegoods, Party City and Dress Barn. Center has 238,438 SF of retail space and 60,744 SF of office space including Miami Children’s Hospital. Oversee the strategic planning, contract management, lease abstraction, lease enforcement, capital and operational budget preparation and implementation, forecasting and all functions related to marketing and operations. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of property through the direct supervision of operations staff and outside contractors. Manage the bid process with contractors and negotiate maintenance contracts. Increase NOI through management income opportunities, accelerated rental commencement dates, new income generation, and driving percentage rents. Monitor the properties’ collections of all rents and execute appropriate collection process. Develop and maintain retailer relationships to uphold store standards, partner for business success, and resolve complaints.
