As Recruitment Advisor for Energia Group, I’m responsible for leading and coordinating the company’s talent acquisition strategy across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. I manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from workforce planning and attraction to selection, onboarding, and candidate experience — ensuring a consistent, professional, and inclusive approach across all business areas.Key responsibilities and achievements include: • Designing and delivering recruitment strategies that attract high-quality talent across technical, operational, and corporate roles. • Partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs and provide expert recruitment advice and guidance. • Managing all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and offer management. • Promoting the company’s employer brand and employee value proposition to strengthen our position as an employer of choice. • Leading graduate and early careers recruitment campaigns, ensuring strong talent pipelines for future growth. • Ensuring recruitment practices align with employment legislation, internal policy, and best practice across NI and ROI. • Overseeing onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires and a positive candidate experience. • Using data and insights to monitor recruitment performance, identify improvements, and enhance efficiency.
