Analyzes financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance information to measure productivity and goal achievement and decipher ways to reduce costs and improve programs. Reviews client’s financial and budget activities to monetize operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency. Reviews, uncovers, recommends where financial loses and loses in productivity can be improved. Directs project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Partners with multiple project teams and vendors to identify and resolve issues. Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
