   SWOCA, an ITC Consortium of Governments provides internet services to school districts across Butler, Warren, and Southwestern Ohio Counties. Government Agencies, a new division of SWOCA needed management and project planning of their infrastructures such as: Desktop Support, Server Administration, Cloud Services, Microsoft 365 Admin, Active Directory management, and Customer Support. • Designed onboarding procedures for Municipalities applying Server and Network knowledge, Desktop Management, and Customer Helpdesk experience to get new clients onboarded efficiently and communicated all steps and timelines to stakeholders for a smooth transition. • Utilized Microsoft 365 Admin panels and Active Directory to enroll and users for Group Policy, Exchange, and Office 365 for all new users. Developed training and documentation to empower new clients • Assisted the Network and Server Admin Teams as crossover help including monthly server patching, backups, access point troubleshooting, DUO MFA setup, Cisco VPN installs, and other tasks as needed. • Assigned Helpdesk tickets to teams and took tickets as Project workload allowed.
