Over the past decade, my work in international relations and diplomacy, has strengthened cooperation through bilateral and trilateral government–civil society collaborations, advancing policy approaches that support more equitable social outcomes. Currently based in the Income Security and Social Development Branch of ESDC, I lead cross-government initiatives that translate complex policy goals into coordinated action. As Team Leader and Senior Policy Analyst, I have guided bilateral and trilateral partnerships addressing systemic racism, equity, and social inclusion, helping align policy frameworks with practical implementation across departments, international counterparts, and civil society partners.
