I’m a biomedical scientist and strategic project leader with over 10 years of industry experience driving drug discovery and translational research from early target ID/validation through IND-enabling studies. My work bridges biology, innovation, and collaboration, with a focus on delivering impactful science that advances therapies toward the clinic.I’ve led multi-disciplinary teams across startups and complex organizations, successfully launching projects and building labs from the ground up. I’m passionate about fostering collaborative, high-performing teams, and I take pride in creating a positive, driven work culture.My expertise spans target identification and validation, assay development, in vitro and in vivo pharmacology, and toxicology.
