ABOUT SUZETTE V. LISING
Suzette Villalobos Lising joined the real estate industry in 2004 as a Traveling Notary Public. She provided excellent customer service to real estate agents and escrow companies for loan document signings. In 2005, she started at All Valley Escrow in Simi Valley. After just a short time, her drive, determination and eagerness to learn furthered her knowledge and expertise in residential resale, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, assumptions and refinances. Suzette joined Portfolio Escrow, Inc. in November 2013 as an Escrow Officer working in the Brentwood and Encino locations. With the guidance of wonderful mentors and team members further gained her knowledge and experience closing high liability transactions. After starting a family in 2020, she decided to get back to her old “stomping grounds” and returned to All Valley Escrow to an Assistant… She believes that expanding her knowledge and challenging herself every day is key to being successful. Whether it be a to 15 million dollar transaction, each experience matters! Her goal is for every client to leave with a positive escrow experience. In her spare time, Suzette enjoys being with her husband, 2 kids and loved ones. She is passionate about music and enjoys going to concerts. An avid sports fan, she loves to root for the Los Angeles Kings. She is always up to try something new, loves traveling and dining at new restaurants.
