   Led multi-year (“big bet”) NetOps transformation for Meta’s distributed CDN from network-centric QoS metrics (speed, latency, jitter) to App-specific & user-centric QoE metrics (video freeze/buffering, audio quality, call drop) and network SLOs for Meta Family of Apps(Cached video (FB, IG Reels) and real-time comm (Msgr, Whatsapp). Collaborated across network engineering, RL/Product and connectivity orgs to drive operational efficiency, network resilience & product excellence (network incidents resolution time by 40% and Capacity plan capex of $$M) Guided investment strategy for Connectivity Org (MCx) through the metaverse pivot by developing a framework for defining network requirements for current and future connected experiences (Video Calling w/effects, 2D Cloud Gaming, Cloud VR). Led to multiple PoCs and SoWs for Meta with Telco partners & ecosystem players, enabling internal (with RL) and external adoption of framework Led a XFN team to productize the QoE framework in Meta\'s telco analytics offering, built platforms, metrics and methodologies to develop new North star metric and facilitate decision-making for MCx products/programs through accurate measurement of impact. Orchestrated multiple programs with Msgr Audio/video calling teams to understand last-mile connectivity problems. Orchestrated the addition of phy layer network state metrics into an RL-based Recurrent neural network with GRUs and implemented using PyTorch. Initial experiments show lower CallStart failure(15%) and better reliability(8% in Low BW) Managed multiple functions including OKR brainstorming & goaling, goal / metrics definition, risk analysis, milestones & sprint creation, trade-offs, comms and stakeholder mgmt
