About Suzanne Squillante
The greatest accomplishments along my career journey so far, have been about leading and supporting others through their learning and development, through projects, and processes. I am honored to have worked on such valuable programs and important transformations including an award-winning leadership development program, a global mentoring program, and a corporate Agile Transformation. I worked collaboratively with a talented team to positively impact the experience of employees, which in turn positively impacted our customers\' experience. I introduced the HR Talent Development and HR Operations teams to Agile Scrum where we planned and accomplished work that brought the most value to our customers. As a result, we strengthened our cross-functional partnerships, increased our velocity, and generated higher quality deliverables. I also managed HR\'s participation on important cross-functional initiatives using Agile Scrum. My background as a project manager, in customer service, as a change leader, and Education consultant have all helped me succeed in every role I have had. I am a strong team player with great attention to detail, able to successfully set up efficient processes and manage them through to their expected completion.
