KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS - Designed a project plan with milestones & success factors for the harmonization of processes, accounting & reporting across a global framework and in alignment with supply chain & financial community’s priorities- Identified substantial inconsistencies in the balance sheet and the reconciliation process which led to communicating to the CFO of required write-offs in excess of $5MM- Created & implemented freight in model to determine monthly accrual for all North America entities; resulting in improved reporting accuracy and reduced monthly swings in variances- Designed & implemented an SOX compliant automatic load function from one ERP to another ERP eliminating two hours a day of manual processing with no controls- Leverage ERP knowledge to eliminate a completely off-line manual tooling process saving 40 hours of manual work per month
