I\'m proud to be the Owner/Director and Principal Trainer of Kent\'s leading training provider of personal and business training courses.I believe in giving inspiring, thought provoking training that is not only engaging but can be utilised in real life business situations. Having worked throughout the world for over ten years as a Regional Manager, Operations Manager and a European Training Manager, I gained a wealth of experience within a very diverse range of cultures and abilities. On returning to England, I launched my own Training and Business Consultancy, Shaw2Succeed, allowing me to incorporate my knowledge of Business Management with Training.After working alongside Kent Trainers since 2006 as a Senior Associate, I am happy to be continuing my journey with Kent Trainers as the Owner/ Director and Principal Trainer.We offer over 70 course titles delivered on dates throughout the year at our Country House hotels across the South East of England.
