I\'m a third generation lawyer and entrepreneur, experienced in a variety of business-related legal issues, in a number of different industries, from startup to acquisition. I have worked for three companies in-house, and I also work for clients as outside counsel. My main goal is to solve my clients\' problems - whether it\'s a new business venture that needs structuring for legal compliance, a business contract or commercial lease that needs to be drafted and negotiated, a trademark that needs to be filed, or a dispute that needs resolution - I either do it, delegate it to (and manage) outside counsel, or co-counsel. Accordingly, my professional experience has included extensive research, analysis, writing, drafting, editing, negotiating, advising, dispute avoidance & resolution, strategic planning, and implementation.
