Working 12 hour days for over a decade as a start-up, this year I am proud to be recognized as Milwaukee Magazine’s Woman of Distinction and Milwaukee Business Journal\'s Woman of Influence.My passion for mentorship and leadership has shaped the careers of over 100 real estate professionals, whom I have trained and coached to reach new levels of success. My coaching, a life long passion I developed directly out of college going back to Whitewater for over 10 years to guest lecture for the school of business in personal selling and also serving as a guest lecturer at Marquette\'s School of Real Estate where I shared my insights on business, negotiation, and perseverance.Before founding Powers Realty Group, I built a strong foundation in leadership and strategy as a pharmaceutical manager and top performer, excelling over a 30-year career in pharmaceutical sales and real estate. These roles taught me the importance of prioritizing client relationships and delivering exceptional results—values that remain at the heart of my work today. This commitment to client service inspired me to lead the expansion of Powers Realty Group into the Naples, Florida, market, fulfilling long-standing requests from Milwaukee clients seeking premier service for their second-home destinations.Guiding sellers to achieve top-dollar results, creating unforgettable first impressions, and mentoring veteran real estate agents are my driver.
