At Agnico Eagle, a senior Canadian gold mining company, Suzanne is a member of the Corporate Community Relations team. She supports the global exploration team to ensure consistent approach for engaging and consulting community on indigenous concerns and opportunities. Specifically, she ensures the implementation of the exploration and other community agreements. Suzanne manages various aspects of traditional knowledge and its incorporation to traditional land use plans. Suzanne has participated in three (3) Nunavut Impact Review Board hearings in Nunavut. In addition, she provides in kind services to various organizations dedicated to indigenous community infrastructure projects such as housing and wellness. Suzanne was also a member of the Steering committee for Inuit Impact Benefit Agreements.
