Over the last 13 years, Dana-Farber’s headcount has increased by 125% to keep pace with rapid clinical growth and the speed of transformational cancer research. During that period, I\'ve served as the central architect and chief evangelist for the People Analytics, Reporting, & Faculty Data function from its origins as an idea on a whiteboard and now lead its current iteration: A high-performing team of talented analysts embedded within DFHR’s central nervous system, supporting a total workforce of over people.Lead data analyses, build data visualization tools, and provide insights and recommendations to drive HR initiatives and workforce effectiveness.
