I currently lead the client training team within the Employment, Labor and Pensions Practice Group of Eversheds Sutherland. My responsibilities include- developing new ideas and innovation to the process and infrastructure of client training- managing the event management operation of training courses/briefings/conferences including the marketing and social media marketing of these events- planning, coordinating and managing the allocation of resource to deliver timely results- managing the development and implementation of operational policies, processes and procedures for client training and taking the lead on special projects in this area- planning, recommending and implementing promotions and events designed to increase sales and awareness for client training within the Practice Group- identifying promotion targets and tailoring specific offers- developing marketing and creative strategies to promote the client training courses, briefings, events and conferences through the internet, social media or other digital channels to increase exposure to our target audience- social media marketing and online community management- budgets and profitability- developing, implementing and maintaining the financial plans for client training- acting as a liaison between the IT development group for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems which impact on client training- promoting, training and managing the use of the firm\'s Interaction Database and Vuture booking system
