I am an experienced trial attorney with a diverse practice. I have litigated disputes involving contracts, employment issues, insurance issues, trusts, torts (such as defamation and intentional interference with contracts) and intellectual property (copyright, trademark, patent-related issues). My experience spans several industries, including manufacturing, real estate, publishing, construction, and transportation, but also includes private matters, such as estate matters, and disputes concerning family-owned businesses.
