Cleveland\'s commercial real estate market is my main focus. I am responsible for leasing and marketing the portfolio of properties for a national commercial real estate company. This includes managing the leasing department personnel, overseeing all new lease negotiations, and lease renewals. I oversee the marketing of vacant properties, and manage the marketing function thereof. I am directly responsible for recruiting, managing and motivating leasing and marketing team members, increasing revenues, and coordinating activities with brokers. I develop and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, tenants, vendors, and other sources of leasing.
