In addition to employment law, we also handle a variety of business and general government-related matters. We have extensive experience in business disputes involving contracts, real estate, construction, commercial leases, ADA accessibility, and business break-ups. We also assist government entities with a variety of matters, including compliance with Florida Sunshine Laws, responding to public records requests, advising on personnel issues, preparation or review of government contracts, and representation in union matters, including grievances and arbitration. We are proud to be part of the fabric of our Southwest Florida community. Our attorneys are active on a number of local boards and with local associations, including The Florida Bar, Lee County Bar Association, Southwest Florida Federal Bar Association, Rotary Club of Fort Myers South, SHRM SWFL, Abuse Counseling & Treatment Center, Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, Fort Myers YMCA, and the Foundation for Lee County Public Schools.
