Serves as the coordinator for the Relias Learning Management System (LMS). Creates, prepares, and disseminates HQ delinquent training reports on a monthly basis and upon request to designated CalVet leadership. Ensures completion of the Annual Relias Training Plan by enrolling the appropriate employees. Creates and/or modifies Relias learner profiles utilizing the CalVet HQ New Employee Requests/HQ Employee Exit Request forms and enrolls employees upon request into mandatory and non-clinical training. Monitors employee progress as it relates to training requirements and assigns training materials as appropriate or requested. Prepares charts, creates logs, graphs, and reports in relation to training statistics and overdue content. Advises managers, supervisors, and rank and file staff on curriculum requirements.Assists in the tracking of mandatory leadership training to meet the requirements of Government Code for HQ, District Offices, Redding Veterans Home, and Chula Vista Veterans Home. Plans, oversees, and facilitates the CalVet Employee Recognition Program (ERP). Assists in the coordination, preparation and development of in-house courses for the use of CalVet employees, and classroom instruction as needed. Coordinates, processes, and monitors training registrations and training costs. Advises managers, supervisors, and rank and file staff on the policies and procedures for requesting training. Provides guidance and consultation to training coordinators at the Veterans Homes as needed. Works with vendors to register employees in training courses and process enrollments.
