About Suzanne Anderson

I have always leaned into my heart for service, whether it is fostering dogs, working with people with intellectual disabilities or supporting older adults and their care partners. I balance that with a fierce competitive nature that loves sports and outdoor activities, especially if there is a ball involved. Over my work life, I have enjoyed project management, leading teams of either incredible volunteers or motivated staff, setting a vision for the future, and finding joy and success in helping non-profit organizations scale to meet the need of their communities. Over the pandemic, I have met many wonderful people over virtual platforms, but have been perplexed when the comment that \"I thought you were taller\" after they meet me in person for the first time. I am taking that as a compliment.
