I also consult regularly with the CEO on emerging legal issues in the sports industry.Before joining the Timberwolves, I served as General Counsel for Link Snacks, Inc, where I led a legal team in managing global legal affairs for the $2B CPG company. My earlier experience includes nearly two decades at Taylor Corporation, a private multi-billion-dollar global print and electronic communications business with 50+ consolidated subsidiaries. During this time, I operationalized the legal function, built a 15-person legal team, and led some of the largest acquisitions in the company\'s history.In addition to my in-house legal roles, I also serve on the Board of Directors for Nuvera Communications, Inc, where I advise on corporate governance, risk management, and strategic business initiatives.
