In addition to having my CHRP and CHRL designations and being certified in Mental Health Leadership, I have over 23 years of experience spanning all functions of HR, with a particular focus on: Compliance, HR Policy & Governance, Employee Relations, Performance and Change Management, Disability Management, Workplace Investigations, Training & Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Engagement. With a diverse background spanning corporate roles and consulting, I have supported clients of varying sizes and in many different industries, including healthcare, construction, manufacturing, retail, marketing, technology, professional services, and hospitality. I have a proven track record of helping organizations achieve compliance, aligning employee actions with company objectives, and driving superior operational efficiencies. My objective is partner with our clients to ensure HR best practices and provide expert guidance on day-to-day HR matters.
