Plan/execute/manage all aspects of the Maryland Chapter\'s Great Strides Walks in Baltimore, Frederick and Hagerstown including walker and volunteer recruitment, corporate recruitment and retention, and overall logistics and fundraising development and obtaining Corporate sponsorships. Build and maintain relationships with CF families, donors and the corporate community.Plan/execute/manage all aspects of the Maryland Chapters Maryland\'s Finest Young Professionals event including Committee appointments and management, recruiting new Chairmen and Nominating committee members, and 35-50 Honorees each year. Working with the committee to vet and qualify Young Professional Honorees and working with the Honorees in developing and implementing their fundraising plan. Planning the Fete, Launch and Finale including volunteer recruitment, corporate recruitment and retention of past Honorees. Work with our staff and Logistics Manager on overall logistics and fundraising development.Develop and maintain relationships with Team Leaders, Corporate donors and Young Professionals, including corporate prospects and team leader retention and nominees to the Maryland Chapter Board of Directors.Deliver presentations about the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation initiatives and events in corporate and community settings. And involve young Adults with Cystic Fibrosis as Ambassadors to speak about their life with cystic fibrosis and the mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Facilitate cost effective partnerships with area restaurants, vendors and community leaders. Make and exceed fundraising goals for each site/event, improving on the previous year and increasing exponentially. Prepare and maintain reports such as Team Leader Tracking, Projections and Verified Reports for each site and each event directed. Have directed Cystic Fibrosis Great Strides Walk in Howard County, Columbia, Shepherdstown WV, Frederick, Hagerstown and Baltimore and Howard County 39 Under 39 Events.
