ABOUT SUZANNE MCDOWELL
For the past 20 years, I have helped drive King Arthur Flour’s mission to maintain exemplary company practices, values, and culture by creating and developing benchmarks and guidelines for all of King Arthur Flour’s human resource functions. My highly regarded leadership of the company’s people practices, led to my selection as one of King Arthur Flour’s three co-CEO’s in 2014. After five years in the co-CEO role, I am thrilled to step away and begin my next important adventure for King Arthur Flour. In December 2019, I accepted the position of King Arthur Flour’s first VP of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability; a newly created role essential to fulfilling King Arthur Flour’s corporate mission. My skills will help to develop and drive King Arthur Flour’s programs to benefit society and support a more sustainable world. I am positioned to lead the efforts to define and execute the organization’s Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility strategy.
