   As editor of Scholastic Kids Press, I work with young journalists between the ages of 10 and 14 from around the world. They report on everything from book launches and sporting events to climate change and tech breakthroughs. You might find them sampling street food in Thailand, visiting a tiger reserve in India, or exploring medieval castles in the Czech Republic. Our Kid Reporters have interviewed First Lady Michelle Obama, Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda, Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor, and best-selling author Rick Riordan, among others. On our award-winning Scholastic Reads podcast, I talk with authors, editors, teachers, and students about the magic of reading and the books kids love. We\'ve featured Dav Pilkey, Henry Louis Gates Jr, R.L. Stine, Sayantani DasGupta, Calvin Trillin, Kelly Yang, Daniel Jose Older, Jarrett J. Krosoczka, Cornelia Funke, Christopher Paul Curtis, Andrea Davis Pinkney, Alan Gratz, and other best-selling authors.
