ABOUT SUZANNE MATHIAS

Suzanne Mathias has 28 years of clinical research experience including the conduct of Phase I-IV and OTC trials including Phase 1 SAD/MAD, PK/PD, DDI, ADME, rBA. Suzanne is responsible for the Linical CRA Academy (Study Coordinator to CRA Bridging Program established in 2016.) She is responsible for training, managing, mentoring and coaching the CRA team and providing Project Management for monitoring only contracts. Suzanne serves as Functional Area Head for Clinical Monitoring, Linical Western Region. Suzanne has completed the 13 week Barnett Course for Risk Based Monitoring and is excited about embracing RBQM. Suzanne has experience in a variety of therapeutic areas, including cardiovascular, hypertension, oncology, rheumatoid arthritis, psychiatric and CNS studies, Gastroenterology, pain management, vaccines, infectious disease, oncology and women’s health. She has worked in both adult and pediatric populations and also with device and Healthy Normals research protocols. Prior to joining Linical Americas, Ms. Mathias held positions as Site Director of a multi-therapeutic research site. Prior to her research career Suzanne was instrumental in the establishment of the first pain management center and first cadaver bone bank program in San Antonio, TX. Suzanne has studied Business and Accounting at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
