As Managing Director of Global Innovation and Productivity, I lead a world-class team of experts in innovation strategy and process re-engineering, partnering across our global businesses to deliver transformational change. Our mission is to embed best-in-class innovation practices that unlock value, accelerate growth, and enhance operational excellence, both internally and for our clients.My team spearheads the development and execution of our enterprise-wide strategy to deploy agentic AI at scale, reimagining core end-to-end processes such as quote-to-contract, order-to-cash, and hire-to-retire. By integrating advanced AI capabilities into these workflows, we’re transforming our business to enable the execution of an aggressive growth strategy by reducing operational costs, raising productivity and freeing up funds for investment into innovation. Collaboration is at the heart of our approach. We work closely with global product teams and client partners to identify high-value Jobs to be Done, often through co-creation and deep customer insight. We apply rigorous de-risking methodologies to ensure innovation initiatives are viable, scalable, and impactful.To ensure sustainable adoption, we lead the creation of tailored innovation playbooks with local leadership teams, establishing the structures, capabilities, and disciplines needed to embed innovation into the fabric of our operations. These playbooks serve as living frameworks, enabling teams to continuously evolve and deliver results.The new product innovation programme was the subject of an article by Innosight - a specialist consultancy
