Throughout my career, I have brought a deep commitment to ensuring educational communities have what they need to succeed: the right support, honest and authentic relationships, and well-designed systems.I began my career as a Kindergarten teacher at a Brooklyn charter school, where I witnessed students transform into confident learners through joyful, curious, and relationship-driven teaching. That experience showed me how strong curriculum implementation, data-driven decision-making, and authentic relationships could change educational trajectories in under-resourced communities. I carried these insights forward at Literacy Trust, where I implemented an early literacy intervention program across 20 New York City elementary schools.Most recently, at MindUP | The Goldie Hawn Foundation, I translated neuroscience-based social-emotional learning into tangible impact for students, educators, and school communities worldwide. As Program Director, I acted as the bridge between organizational vision and classroom reality, ensuring the work created measurable change for the people we served—not just another program added to teachers\' plates.Throughout my career, I\'ve been described as an excellent ambassador, strategic thinker, and problem-solver—someone who gets things done.
