I started my career in campus recruiting; presenting to and recruiting students across a variety of majors and degree levels at over fifty universities, building a diversity recruiting program from scratch, delivering trainings to thousands of learners and analyzing data to drive HR compliance and efficiency. Building upon my HR experience, I developed a passion for using progressive research and data to drive decisions and give HR a seat at the table. My consulting experience began by writing and aligning closely to research and competitive benchmarks spanning all HR topics.
