Area Sales Manager @Elara Caring

As the Area Sales Manager, I am responsible for the growth of a specific area within our region producing a number of Medicare admits monthly by maintaining key accounts while developing new business. I maintain strong relationships with industry leaders to help create new business opportunities for all sales representatives in my area. I also assist the Area Vice President in coaching, mentoring, and training the Account Executives on our team in order to increase the overall regional goals, our branch numbers, and total budgets. I collaborate with the clinical operations team and leadership team to support the sales representatives in the successful presentation of Elara Caring programs. In my time at Elara Caring, I have held the positions of Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, and Field Sales Trainer. In 2013, I was awarded Regional Sales MVP for the DFW Region. I have received various awards throughout my tenure at Elara Caring and most recently I am ranked third in the state of Texas for Q3 2022.
