ABOUT SUZANNE SUZIE HEMPHILL

I had always had a keen interest in the property industry, and had already privately rented a handful of properties myself and I understood exactly what expectations I had from a property agency. I commenced employment with Let\'s Direct in 2008. My initial role was Receptionist, where I had to meet and greet clients, arrange diaries for field staff, follow up on viewings and carry out general administrative duties. I progressed quickly and after a short period I was able to carry out any letting task possible, be proactive in my role and be incredibly efficient and experienced with minimal assistance. My duties then included arranging repairs and cleaning works, property advertising, carrying out viewings, check ins/key handovers, chasing rent arrears, complaint handling, dealing with deposit disputes.In 2012 I joined Vanilla Square and further developed my knowledge and skills, dealing with chasing up rent arrears, providing landlords with rental statements, carrying out inspections, carrying out viewings, arranging checkouts, carrying out lease signings/key handovers and dealing with deposit returns. With 15 years property experience I now direct our large, successful and ever-growing property portfolio at Hemmings Homes and also manage our Motherwell branch in order to maximise sales, team potential and ensure the business continues to go from strength to strength.
