In my current role, I (i) conduct internal investigations and represent the firm in complex commercial litigation and regulatory investigations;(ii) oversee Group Legal’s quarterly and ad hoc reports to the Board of Directors, senior management, external auditors, and various supervisory oversee production of and advise on materials for the General Counsel’s meetings with Board of Directors, senior management, regulators, and external auditors;(iv) regularly brief external and internal auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders;(v) oversee the quarterly review of the litigation-add-on for stress scenarios;(vi) own and annually review and comment on multiple policies and procedures;(vii) am secretary of the Litigation Management Forum; and advise on controls and procedures related to among other things taxonomies, records management, and risks associated with the litigation portfolio.
