Excited to be working with not just one, but two fantastic companies. Having primarily worked within the speciality bread industry has involved me working alongside \"Blue Chip\" companies, roles have included NPD Manager and QA Manager - ensuring accreditations including EFSIS, BRC & Soil Association Organic Accreditation. I have more than15 years collective experience within the food industry, running numerous SME\'s which involved employing and managing staff throughout all levels of the organisation. My knowledge has been gained through years of hard work, personal experience and development, working alongside and with the cooperation of stakeholders, responding to company needs in a quick and timely manner. I have demonstrated throughout my career my ability to adapt. I am a capable proactive person and am perfectly at ease to work under the instruction of others were necessary, but have no difficulty giving guidance and direction to staff and colleagues under my supervision. Dedication, focus and the uncompromising satisfaction to detail is further supported by my ability to communicate well with others whilst remaining professional throughout. I have worked within other areas of food manufacturing including high risk ready meals and the free from sector.
