I’m currently a Senior Manager at Which? Trusted Traders — a not-for-profit with bold commercial goals. With a background in sales, retention, and customer experience, I bring high energy, a sharp focus, and a drive for results to everything I do.I don’t believe in “that’s how it’s always been done.” I challenge the norm, redefine what good looks like, and build strategies that actually make a difference. I’m passionate about doing the right thing — for customers, for teams, and for the bigger picture — and I believe in taking people on the journey with me.Most recently, I led a full reset of how we operate within Trusted Traders, asking the tough questions, rethinking our approach, and bringing an entire department along for the ride.
