ABOUT SUZANNE DAVIES
I am a Principal Consultant at Lux Research, leading the Agrifood and CPG consulting business. I help clients deliver sustainable innovation by advising them on emerging technology investments, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies. With a background in food science and engineering, I have a deep understanding of the technical and market challenges and opportunities in the industry. Before joining Lux Research, I spent over seven years at PepsiCo, working across global research and commercial NPD. I delivered savings of $800M, launched 15 SKUs into market, and led major R&D innovations across Lays and Doritos. I also helped develop the technical strategy and project management platform to transform the portfolio to healthier within Europe Core Snacks. I am currently pursuing a Business Strategy program at Harvard Business School, where I am learning how to apply strategic frameworks and tools to real-world business problems. My goal is to leverage my expertise and passion for Agrifood and CPG to drive positive impact and value for the environment, society, and business.
