Reporting to the Team Lead, responsible for supporting a key automotive client, VW, in the administration of vehicle settlement agreements. Role includes preparing settlement packages, handling disputes and completing transactions. Liaises with dealership staff, claims administrators, and customers.* Coordinates the settlement process from the claims portal to the resolution and completion of all documentation in accordance with claims policies and procedures, working independently with minimal supervision.* Developed a personal organization system to facilitate a seamless transition of client meetings; advance preparation ensures all relevant documentation is orderly, thereby delivering optimal service.* Proactively contacts customers prior to scheduled appointments to clarify the process and documentation required for the meeting to ensure a flawless and amiable implementation.* Attentively responsive to each customer’s unique case; intuitively anticipates individual client’s scenarios for a positive resolution.
