Suzanne B. Seltzer is the principal of The Seltzer Firm, PLLC - an immigration law practice that combines high-quality legal services with personal attention and hands-on involvement. Suzanne is also known for her anti-trafficking work, co-founding the New York Anti-Trafficking Network (NYATN) and authoring all three editions of the “The T Visa Manual” and lead author on “Immigration Relief for Crime Victims: The U Visa Manual.” Suzanne was recently ranked among the nation’s top 20 practitioners in the area of Immigration Law by LawDragon, and is also ranked in Chambers Global, Chambers USA, and included in Best Lawyers in America. A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Suzanne received her law degree from Georgetown University’s Law Center (cum laude). Specialties: Immigration attorney specializing in self-petition immigrant visa options, such as the extraordinary ability (EB-1) petition and national interest waiver (EB-2) petitions. She is also known for her representation of universities, hospitals, research institutions, and their medical and research personnel in obtaining outstanding researcher/professor (EB-1) immigrant visas, O-1 nonimmigrant visas, and waivers of the two-year home country residence requirement.
