With over 25 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, talent development, and change management, I am passionate about driving meaningful transformational change that enables individuals and organizations to reach their full potential.As a seasoned expert in my field, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of companies and industries, assisting them in navigating complex challenges and unlocking their true capabilities. My journey includes serving in leadership roles where I have successfully developed and executed strategies that enhance employee engagement, foster a culture of continuous learning, and drive positive organizational change.Having completed my Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, I possess a deep understanding of the theoretical frameworks and practical applications of organizational effectiveness and change management. I have had the opportunity to conduct research in the areas of Employee Engagement, Transformational Change, and Generations. I am a published author and have served as an adjunct faculty member at Colorado State University. Throughout my career, I have consistently leveraged my expertise to design and implement comprehensive talent development programs, coach leaders, and facilitate change initiatives that drive sustainable growth. I firmly believe in the power of collaboration, and I thrive in dynamic environments that require cross-functional teamwork to achieve collective goals.Beyond my professional accomplishments, I am an advocate for lifelong learning and continuous growth.
