Architect | Association Wonk | Business Transformation Expert | Design Thinker An inspirational leader and advocate, Suzanna Wight Kelley is known for her work with associations serving as a catalyst to accelerate growth and achieve mission impact.Suzanna, a licensed architect, began her career as a member volunteer advocating on behalf of emerging professionals for licensure reform. She joined the AIA as a staff member and spend nearly 15 years of her career working with early career professionals, leading the development of the organization\'s strategic plan, envisioning new market research initiatives, and advancing international and strategic alliances on behalf of AIA members around the globe. In 2008, Suzanna completed her MBA with a focus in organizational dynamics. She is fascinated by how people and processes converge in the workplace and passionate about bringing together teams to do their best work. Since joining McKinley Advisors in 2017, Suzanna has been able to blend her design thinking skills with her strengths in understanding association business models to help her clients maximize their mission impact. As Chief Experience Officer she works across the firm\'s practice areas to leverage our collective wisdom on associations. She helps our teams deliver high value results for our clients positioning McKinley as a market leader.
